Flu Clinic Now Open for Bookings
Please book your appointment on 020 8202 6232 if you're 65+ years old, or pregnant, or are a carer for an elderly or disabled person whose welfare may be at risk if you fall ill. Dates for the flu clinic are 10th, 11th and 31st October, and the 1st November.
Replacement Blood Forms
Please note that as of the 1st September 2015 we will be unable to provide free replacements for blood forms that have been lost, forgotten or misplaced.
If you require a copy of a blood form you were previously given a charge of 50p will apply per copy.

If you have visited West Africa in the last month please telephone the surgery BEFORE making an appointment. If you have returned from West Africa in the last month and are unwell please telephone the surgery. Do not come in to the surgery.

Patient Care Text Messaging
The practice is introducing a text messaging reminder service for selected clinics (although not for routine appointments). Please ask at reception if you would like to register for this service.
Appointment reminders by text are an additional service provided by the surgery and these may not take place on all / or on any occasion, and the responsibility for attending appointments or cancelling them still rests with the patient. The text message facility can be cancelled at any time.
The surgery does not offer a reply facility to enable patient to respond to texts directly.
Text messages are generated using a secure facility however they are transmitted over a public network onto a personal telephone and as such may not be secure, however the practice will not transmit any information which would enable an individual patient to be identified.
To ensure that we hold up to date information, please advise the practice if your mobile number changes or if this is no longer in your possession.
