Pan Barnet Data Sharing Agreement

Barnet CCG is investing in a pilot scheme that will allow patients to be seen on Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday and Monday evening. This means there will be more opportunity for you to see a local GP out of hours at another local GP practice.

In order to participate in this, we are part of a data sharing agreement with other local practices in Barnet.

If you have an appointment booked as part of this pilot your consent will be required for the GP to view your practice notes. This will be requested during your consultation.

Should you not wish for your notes to be part of this data sharing agreement please inform our Practice Manager (Mr Riz Husain) in writing.

Replacement Blood Forms

If you require a copy of a blood form you were previously given a charge of 50p will apply per copy.

red crossRepeat Prescriptions

Patients taking regular medication will require repeat prescriptions. For a safer and faster service, repeat prescriptions are computerised. Please register for the online service or keep the right-hand side of the form and when your medication is due send in the form with a tick against the items you require. All requests must be in writing.

You can submit your request in one of the following ways:

  • Bring your request into the surgery
  • Fax your request to 0208 202 3906
  • Send your request to the surgery and enclose an SAE for return
  • Request your prescription through the Emis Access using the link above.

Please note, receptionists are not allowed to take prescription requests over the telephone.

Some of the local chemists operate a service to collect prescriptions from the practice. All chemists offer repeat ordering services. Please enquire at your local chemist. You will be asked to sign a consent form to advise us that you wish us to release your prescriptions to them. The chemists require 48 hours' notice for them to process your request.

Please allow plenty of time before your medication runs out, especially over Bank Holidays and the Christmas and New Year period.

Remember - your prescription is your responsibility

Please only request items currently required to avoid over stocking and wastage. Over requesting may result in a non issue.

Repeat Prescription Requests

Please allow 48 hours (ie two working days) for your prescription to be processed. If there is a query with your prescription it may take longer to process. We will endeavour to keep you informed if this is the case.


Many medications require regular checks or blood tests to ensure that they are safe to prescribe. Ignoring a request to attend for monitoring tests may delay your prescription.
