All travellers who develop symptoms of coronavirus, however mild, within 14 days of returning to the UK should self-isolate at home immediately and call NHS 111.


Common signs of infection include respiratory symptoms, fever, cough, shortness of breath and breathing difficulties.

Number of appointments last month where patients failed to attend = 244 (costing the NHS £4,473 and wasting 41 hours of GP time). On average that's 11 appointments per day wasted, when other sick patients could have been seen!
